Jack began his career in the software industry in 1984, as Manager of Technology Consulting Services for a regional CPA firm in the Philadelphia area. He formed his own consulting practice in 1989, and has been active in the field of software technology since that time, largely focused on accounting and legal billing software. Jack has worked with a variety of commercial accounting, legal billing, practice management, and document management software products during his twenty plus years in the software consulting field. During his tenure as a software consultant he has garnered many sales and service awards for his work with legal software products, and is a frequent presenter at legal conferences and seminars. Jack is a Certified Independent Consultant (CIC) for LexisNexis Time Matters, and a Platinum-level consultant for Timeslips by Sage.

Dana is President and Founder of Business Solutions, Inc., serving the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area since 1985. Her firm is the authorized training center for the region for Time Matters and PCLaw by LexisNexis Corporation; Timeslips and Peachtree Accounting by Sage Software; and QuickBooks by Intuit Corporation.
